Craft Idea

     If you want to spruce up a book shelf or DVD/CD/Video Game/Blu-Ray rack, try these home-made bookends.  They are perfect for apartments or dorm rooms that need that “lived-in” look in a jiffy.

     What you will need:

·         2 empty water bottles with the label removed (glass or plastic of any color, as long as it is transparent)

·         Decorative colored sand/pebbles/marbles

·         Colored paper, paint and/or permanent markers (optional)

     Directions:

1.      Fill the bottles as you would make sand-art, or fill with pebbles and marbles.

2.      Once the bottles are weighed down, they will be able to act as bookends.  You can decorate the outside anyway you would like.

Differnitions

     I have never been that great at vocabulary.  I was always told to sound out the word and use context clues to figure out what the ones I did not know meant.  I am going to start sharing some of my definitions, my different definitions, to some common vocabulary words.  Here is one:
