Here is Toffee checking out some of the exhibits around London. From the Bank of England Museum, to the Museum of London, to Somerset House.
A hodgepodge of creativity, serendipity, and "worldly" observations. I started this years ago, then life got in the way. Playing around to see if it will work as an author blog.

Welcome to my blog. I will post whatever I am working on, whether it be a creative writing piece, random blip that has made my day, or an opinion I would like to share with the world. I hope that you enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing!
I started this years ago, and am seeing if I want to make it into an author's blog.
Remember, today is not simply something to get through, but something to treasure. So smile and enjoy it!!!

Toffee's Travels Part 1
No one should travel alone.
I went on a trip around England, (mainly London), and found company in Toffee the Bear.
Here is some of what he saw, from Stonehenge, to Bath, to Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Million Dollar Idea: Dry Shampoo Sunblock
Is this a thing yet? It totally should be.
Not sure about anyone else, but when I am heading to the beach, pool, or waterpark, I throw my hair in a ponytail without washing it that morning (I'm someone who has to wash their hair EVERY day). Since I want to prevent skin cancer and other not awesome skin damage from the sun, I use sunblock when I head out for a day of exposure (including my scalp).
A dry shampoo that has a high SPF in it would be very handy. Hair can look better, while protecting your scalp from the sun.
Just a thought.

"Crap" Booking (a.k.a. Intense Scrapbooking)
Do you scrapbook? Compiling photos, stickers, and the occasional item such as a ticket stub.
For me, I use scrapbooking to keep pieces of important moments of my life, which also helps me to de clutter. Instead of saving every balloon, card, and piece of wrapping paper, I cut a piece of them and put them along side photos and stickers. My scrapbooks are places to keep these items in a meaningful location I will actually look at again.
Do you crapbook?

"For Sale: Baby Shoes, Never Worn"
The book "For Sale: Baby Shoes, Never Worn," is flash fiction stories based on the line arguably written by Ernest Hemingway. All proceeds of the book are going to be donated to Make-A-Wish UK. The forward is written by Lori Depp. The editor is Hache Jones. It's a very interesting read to see all the different takes the authors had on why baby shoes might be being sold.
You can find the book on Amazon to support the great cause: https://www.amazon.com/Sale-Shoes-Collection-Fiction-Single/dp/1542901308/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490142861&sr=8-1&keywords=For+sale+baby+shoes+never+worn
